Fit not perfect?

That's our fault. It's our job to make sure the shoe fits, so please, feel free to begin an exchange, we'll get you the right size. To help ensure the next one fits, please see our sizing support.

Not feeling the style?

Our shoes are not for everyone, we get it. If you're not feeling the style, please make sure you keep the shoes as un-creased as possible, place them the same way they arrived to you (as best you can) and we'll take them back. We would say no questions asked, but we'd love to get some feedback! So we'll send you a short survey that takes one minute to fill out. 

This will cost you zero dollars.

How long does this take?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Not seeing the money?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please have a quick look at the credit card summary. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

What about discounted Items?

If you referred a friend, we assume that you enjoyed our product. We gave them a discount and you a discount, awesome right? 

If something doesn't fit - we will exchange it for free, no sweat. 

If you're not feeling the style, we'll take them back and refund you the full amount minus shipping costs. 

Something damaged or defective?

Oh we won't have this! If there is a problem with the product, you're falling into our warranty policy. We guarantee the shoes last at least 6 months and we're going for a year. We know you need your gear, so right when you initiate the return, we'll send you a new pair, even before we receive the defective ones!
